Ours are fitted a with matching strap adjustable from 14 1/2 to 17 1/2 inches that can be worn with both spread and wing collars. These are handmade for Tartans of Maine by the Tartan Gnomes in Scotland. Our cummerbunds are one size fits most ( 35″ to 59″) as the strap is an adjustable, elastic which can stretch a bit more if you need it. In stock now for immediate shipment.
